Website Designer (UI) - Not Developer

//About the role
We're looking for a talented UI designer to create modern, clean website layouts that we hand off to our developer. You won't be coding — your job is to deliver polished, well-organized designs that are easy to build from. Projects include marketing pages, landing pages, church and school websites, and e-commerce sites.

//What you'll be doing
Designing website layouts in Figma or Canva Pro based on project briefs
Creating clean, organized design files ready for developer handoff
Working across a variety of project types (churches, schools, e-commerce, marketing)
Delivering modern, visually sharp designs with clear hierarchy and structure
Revising designs based on feedback (typically 2 rounds per project)

//What we're looking for
A strong portfolio with at least 3 completed website projects
Proficiency in Figma or Canva Pro
Eye for modern, top-tier design — not generic templates & no AI templates
Good written English for communication and questions

//Nice to have
Familiarity with responsive/mobile-first design
Experience with WordPress or Webflow layouts (we are a WordPress agency but built sites that often competes with Webflow agencies)
Basic image editing skills
