We're looking for a highly talented Divi 5 Designer who combines exceptional graphic design skills with strong marketing instincts.

This is not a WordPress developer position.

This is for someone who understands layout, visual hierarchy, branding, user experience, and conversion optimization.

===Responsibilities===

Design and build professional websites using Divi 5 while maintaining exceptional design quality and conversion performance.

***Responsibilities include:***
* Designing complete page layouts from content and wireframes
* Building pages using Divi 5
* Creating custom graphics and visual assets
* Designing hero sections that capture attention
* Choosing appropriate imagery, icons, spacing, typography, and color palettes
* Organizing content into highly readable layouts
* Creating compelling calls-to-action
* Improving existing pages for higher conversion rates
* Designing landing pages
* Mobile-first responsive design
* Maintaining consistent branding across entire websites
* Collaborating with our marketing and content teams

This role requires someone who understands why pages convert.

Paid Design Challenge (Required):

Shortlisted candidates will be given a real page from one of our websites and asked to design it in Divi 5. We aren't looking for flashy effects—we're looking for better organization, stronger visual hierarchy, improved calls-to-action, and a more professional presentation. This paid evaluation helps us assess real-world skills and ensures a good fit for both sides.
