JOB OVERVIEW

VOARVUE
Veteran-Owned • Premium Marine Video Production • Florida

NOW HIRING

Website Designer

Project-based • Remote • Client-facing builds for premium brands

The Role
VOARVUE is a veteran-owned premium video production agency. Our clients sell high-ticket assets — yachts, luxury real estate, custom builds — and we make the content that sells them.
We're expanding what we deliver. When a client signs with us, they shouldn't just get cinematic video. They should get the digital home that holds it — a website, the funnels behind it, the email templates that move buyers through it.
That's the role. You're the designer we bring in when a client needs more than footage.

What You'll Do
- Build client websites from scratch — yacht brokerages, dealerships, luxury real estate firms, custom home builders. Premium brands selling premium product.
- Design and ship funnels and landing pages — the kind that convert serious buyers, not the templated stuff their competitors are running.
- Build branded email templates — consistent with the site, the brand, and the way our clients sell.
- Showcase video as the hero. Our footage is the centerpiece of everything we deliver. Your design has to make it sing — autoplay reels, smooth scroll, cinematic pacing translated to the web.
- Join kickoff and review calls. You're mostly behind the scenes, but you're in the room when it matters. Clients should feel your expertise without needing to manage you.
- Move project-to-project with us. When we sign a client who needs a site, we bring you in. Steady pipeline, project-based engagements.

Who You Are
- A designer with a portfolio that ends the conversation. We don't care about credentials. We care that your past work makes us want to hire you on the spot.
- Comfortable building for video-first, premium brands. If your past sites look like SaaS dashboards, this isn't the fit. If they look like film studios, we want to talk.
- Platform-agnostic. Webflow, Framer, custom Next.js, WordPress when the client demands it — show us the tool that produces your best work. We don't have a preference.
- Fluent across the full digital stack. Sites, funnels, email. You don't need to be world-class at all three, but you can't be a liability in any of them.
- Client-ready when called on. You can sit in a kickoff with a yacht broker or a custom home builder and sound like a peer, not a vendor.
- Direct, low-ego, fast to respond. We don't do filler. Neither should you.

Bonus Points
- You've worked with marine, yacht, luxury real estate, construction, or other high-ticket verticals.
- You understand cinematic pacing and how it translates from video to web.
- You've built funnels that actually converted — and can talk about the numbers.
- You can hand off clean, maintainable files the client's team can manage without breaking them.

Structure & Pay
Project-based. When we have a client build, we bring you in. No retainer, no minimum hours — but a steady pipeline as we scale.
Propose your own pricing. Per-project flat fees, by deliverable, hybrid — whatever structure makes sense for how you work. We'd rather hear what you're worth than tell you what we want to pay.
Remote, anywhere. We coordinate on our schedule, you build on yours.

How to Apply
Two steps. That's it.
Fill out the intake form: ----------
Include in your submission:
- A link to your portfolio — your best 3–5 client builds, not your entire history.
- A short Loom (5 minutes max) walking us through one project you're proud of. What the client needed, what you built, what worked.
- Examples of funnels or landing pages you've designed, if separate from the portfolio.
- Your rough pricing structure for sites, funnels, and email templates.

No cover letters. No resumes. The Loom is your interview.
