Website Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to design visually stunning, user-friendly websites that align with our clients’ brands and business goals. You’ll collaborate with our team to turn ideas into engaging digital experiences, ensuring high-quality design and seamless functionality.

Responsibilities
? Design responsive, modern websites (from concept to final mockups).
? Create UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
? Ensure designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
? Make judgment calls on UI/UX best practices without constant feedback.
? Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
? Iterate based on feedback and performance data.

? Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
? Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (mobile-first, accessibility, etc.).
? Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (to design with development in mind).
? Excellent communication skills – you can explain design decisions clearly.

Nice-to-Have Skills
? Motion design (Micro-interactions, animations).
? Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
