Webflow designer/editor

Looking for a webflow expert able to start working on an hourly basis right away. Need someone that can improve existing designs, and create new designs. Must be an expert in responsive designs and able to build in a clean and organized way that others can edit and work on the project as well.

Should be extremely familiar with animations within webflow.
