Webflow Website Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Framer & Webflow Designer/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong design instincts, understands modern UI/UX principles, and can build clean, responsive, high-converting websites using Framer and Webflow.

You will work closely with clients and tea ---------- mbers to turn concepts, wireframes, and branding into polished live websites.

Responsibilities
Design and develop modern, responsive websites using Framer and Webflow
Translate Figma designs and brand guidelines into functional websites
Create engaging landing pages, company websites, and marketing pages
Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and performance
Implement animations, interactions, and smooth user experiences
Maintain visual consistency across all pages and projects
Set up CMS collections and dynamic content in Webflow
Troubleshoot website issues and make ongoing updates as needed
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and optimized for speed
Requirements
Proven experience designing and building websites in Framer and/or Webflow
Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive design
Experience with Figma or other design tools
Knowledge of CMS setup and website structure
Understanding of basic SEO principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Portfolio showcasing previous website projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with custom code integrations
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with eCommerce builds
Familiarity with modern design trends and conversion-focused design
