Pay is based on per assigned project completed as we had companies that per per hour. If you do a job quickly and with high quality you should be rewarded by either taking on more work to make more, or heck go do whatever else you want, like hit the beach with some friends!

We are looking for very friendly, detail oriented people that push themselves to out do themselves on each and every web design the do and think out of the box.
