Webflow, GoHighLevel, and Shopify-Capable Website Designer and Developer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Webflow / GoHighLevel / Shopify - capable Website Designer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites using Webflow, GoHighLevel, and Shopify. The role requires a mix of design expertise, technical development skills, and a strong understanding of best practices in web design and user experience (UX).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Design:
Create custom website designs and layouts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
Utilize Webflow, GoHighLevel, and Shopify’s design capabilities to create responsive and interactive websites.

2. Website Development:
Develop functional websites in Webflow, GoHighLevel, and Shopify, including custom animations and interactions.
Implement SEO best practices to ensure optimal performance on search engines.
Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed.

3. Maintenance and Updates:
Perform ongoing website maintenance and updates.
Optimize website performance and resolve technical issues.

4. Collaboration:
Work closely with the Web Design & Development Team Lead, content creators, and other team members to ensure website projects meet business needs.
Provide technical insights and solutions during planning and design phases.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow, GoHighLevel, and Shopify.
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and UX best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Experience with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Webflow / GoHighLevel / Shopify customizations.
Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Although we have an SEO Expert on the team, you both will collaborate together for the SEO side of the website.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Webflow / GoHighLevel / Shopify CMS for dynamic content management.
Knowledge of Squarespace and Carrd as other skills in web design and development.
Experience in integrating APIs and third-party tools.
Understanding of branding and design consistency.
Previous work on other websites, platforms, eCommerce sites, and the like.

Work Environment and Tools:
Fully Remote.
Access to design and development tools such as Webflow [Company-Provided], Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborative environment with marketing and technical teams.
