About Us
We're one of Australia's specialist co-living developers. We design and build purpose-built rooming houses for sophisticated property investors across Queensland and Victoria, and we've completed 30+ projects so far. Our website is built on Webflow and is the engine that turns serious investors into enquiries, so it needs to look sharp, load fast, and rank well.

We're a small, founder-led team, which means this isn't a "ticket queue" role. You'll work directly with our Co-Director and have real ownership over how the site performs.

The Role
We need a Webflow + SEO expert to own our website on an ongoing basis. You'll work from written briefs, execute with minimal back-and-forth, and proactively flag issues before they're problems.

Part-time / project-based to start. Potential to grow into an ongoing retainer.

You'll be working on:
- A new static Investors page and a new dynamic News page (Webflow CMS collection)
- Converting our Projects page to infinite scroll
- Fixing a CMS image gallery binding issue
- Ongoing SEO (meta titles/descriptions, page speed, structured data, internal linking)
- Regular CMS content updates and proactive site maintenance (broken links, slow pages, image issues)

What You Need
+ Expert-level Webflow Designer and Webflow CMS skills
+ Strong on-page and technical SEO knowledge (page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
+ Image optimisation, responsive design, Google Search Console
+ 2–3+ years hands-on Webflow experience with a portfolio of real client sites
+ Available during at least part of AEST/AEDT business hours

Nice to have: Google Analytics, basic HTML/CSS, JavaScript

+ Can execute from a written brief without needing a call
+ Treat SEO as a real discipline, not a checkbox
+ Communicate proactively (no disappearing between tasks!)
