Webflow Developer - Marketing & Creative Agency

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Full-Time and Part Time
Pay: $1,500/month full time and $750/mo half-time to start
Start Date: Immediately

Hi! My name is Ezekiel Rochat and I run a website agency called ROCSHIP.

We’re a growing marketing and creative agency working with clients across industries - from construction and home services to professional firms.

We’re now hiring a Webflow Developer to join our team. I'm looking for someone who is good with consistent and clear communication, and can "own" the webflow development work. Someone who can work well with others and is quick and clear to communicate.

Your Responsibilities

- Build and maintain websites in Webflow using Client-First structure and naming conventions (this is really important!)
- Implement Finsweet Attributes for dynamic filtering, sliders, CMS management, and custom functionality
- Use the Relume Library for efficient section builds and consistency
- Collaborate with designers (in Figma) to translate mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow builds
- Handle minor CMS setup and maintenance (collections, fields, dynamic lists, etc.)
- Assist with light integrations (forms, analytics, embeds, etc.)
- Keep projects organized and maintain clean, well-structured builds

Skills & Tools You’ll Need

- Strong experience building in Webflow (portfolio required)
- Familiar with Client-First style system
- Familiar with Finsweet Attributes
- Familiar with Relume Library
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web interactions
- Experience working from Figma designs
- Good communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection and steady work habits

- Works reliably, stays organized, and meets deadlines

Work Setup

Hours: 40 hrs/week
Schedule: Flexible, but some overlap with U.S. daytime hours preferred
Tooling: We use Basecamp for project management and time tracking
Training: If there’s a specific skill or technique you need to develop, we’ll help you get there
