JOB OVERVIEW

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Portfolio) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Project-based with potential for long-term retainer)

About Us: We are ScaleHouse Talent, a new high-performance staffing agency disrupting the home services industry.

We are looking for a Webflow Expert to build our digital infrastructure. We are not looking for a generic "drag-and-drop" designer. We need a developer who treats Webflow like a software engineering discipline.

The Project: You will be building a high-end, "Tech Consultancy" style website (not a generic staffing site). The site architecture requires a "Dual Funnel" strategy that separates "Client Traffic" from "Candidate Traffic" immediately.

Key Complex Builds Include:

The "Pain Calculator": An interactive tool where business owners enter their open roles (e.g., "2 empty Installer trucks") and the site calculates their lost revenue per day.

The "Hidden Bench" Portal: A candidate-facing section allowing passive talent to access unlisted roles.

Integrations: Connecting Webflow forms to Manatal (ATS) and Apollo via Zapier.

The Tech Stack You MUST Know:

Framework: Finsweet Client-First (Non-negotiable. We need clean, scalable class naming).

Component Library: Relume Library (For efficiency and speed).

Logic: Javascript (for the Calculator) or Wized (bonus).

Integrations: ---------- .

Who You Are:

You don't just "design"; you understand the DOM and CSS hierarchy.

You can explain why you structured a page a certain way.

You have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable recording video updates.

You are honest about what you can't do (we prefer "I need to research that" over a fake "Yes").

How to Apply:

Respond with your portfolio: Link your best Webflow project (Read-Only link preferred, or a live site).

Preferably: The "Loom" Test: Record a short (2-3 minute) video introducing yourself and walking us through the Navigator (layer structure) of one of your recent builds. Explain why you organized the classes that way.

Answer this: Have you used Finsweet's "Client-First" system before? (Yes/No).

We are looking to hire immediately.
