JOB OVERVIEW

Webflow Developer Gig / Part-time

About the Role
We're a boutique branding studio based in the Netherlands. We work at the intersection of brand identity, strategy, and design execution, and we build websites that reflect that precision.
We're looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join us on a gig basis, with a clear path toward part-time and eventually full-time collaboration for the right person. You'll receive a brief, brand deliverables, and a kick-off call, then own the build from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level role, and it is NOT for someone with 1 or 2 years of Webflow experience looking to grow into the work. We need someone who has already done this at a high level, repeatedly, and can prove it.

What You'll Do
Receive project briefs via online meeting and written documentation, then independently execute full Webflow builds
Select and adapt templates (or build from scratch) that align with the brand identity and project deliverables provided
Build multi-page websites and one-pagers for a range of client types — branding portfolios, product sites, studio sites, and more
Set up clean, well-structured CMS collections with logical naming conventions and content architecture
Implement Webflow Interactions and animations to bring designs to life
Configure on-page SEO settings — meta titles, descriptions, OG tags, sitemap, and clean URL structures
Ensure full responsiveness across all breakpoints — desktop, tablet, and mobile
Deliver organised, maintainable projects: reusable components, logical class structures, no div soup

What This Role Is Not
This is not a role for someone who copies templates without understanding brand logic. We provide branding deliverables and expect you to translate them into a website that feels intentional, not generic.
We're also not looking for someone who needs constant hand-holding. You receive the brief, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver.

What We're Looking For
Required:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Webflow experience, you have built complex, multi-page sites professionally and consistently
A strong portfolio of live Webflow sites that demonstrates real depth, not beginner projects or simple one-pagers. We want to see range, quality, and craft
Experience implementing Webflow Interactions and animations
Solid understanding of SEO setup within Webflow
High sense of translating brand identities and visual deliverables into coherent web experiences
Clean working habits: reusable symbols, consistent class naming, organised CMS, no bloated structure
Reliable communication in English, written and spoken
Able to work independently from a brief with minimal back-and-forth
Nice to have:
Custom code experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for cases that go beyond native Webflow
Familiarity with Figma, working from design files
Experience with animation libraries or third-party Webflow integrations

How We Work Together
Every project starts with a briefing call where we walk you through the use case, goals, and brand direction. After the call, we provide written documentation and all relevant brand deliverables. From there, you own the build. We expect proactive communication if questions come up, no silence until delivery.

Compensation
Hourly rate is based on experience and portfolio. We pay well for the right person.
This starts as a gig engagement. Strong collaborators will have the opportunity to move into a structured part-time role, and eventually a full-time position as the relationship grows.

How to Apply
Send us:
Your portfolio, live Webflow sites only. No mockups, no screenshots of editor views. We want to see what you've shipped, and we'll be looking at it critically
A short introduction, your background, the types of projects you've worked on, and your hourly rate expectation
Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
