We are looking for a skilled Webflow Designer/Developer to help us optimize our website and improve its overall user experience. This project is focused on making the website more engaging, visually appealing, and user-friendly, with a clear goal of enhancing the design, content, and functionality.

Responsibilities:
-Optimize the Home Page: Focus on improving spacing, reducing text/copy, and enhancing visuals (animation/graphics).
-Improve Website Content: Add more blog posts, case studies, and testimonials to make the site more dynamic.
-Iterative Approach: Work page by page, optimizing and refining each section. Each page must be approved before moving on to the next.
-Collaborate: Work closely with the internal team to ensure the website aligns with our vision and meets brand guidelines.

Requirements:
-Proven experience with Webflow design and development.
-Strong knowledge of web design principles, including spacing, layout, and typography.
-Ability to incorporate animations and graphics to enhance user experience.
-Experience with content management and creating engaging websites.
-Attention to detail and a proactive approach to project management.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
