Webflow Designer / Developer (Remote – Freelance or Full-time)

We are looking for a Webflow specialist who can design and build high-quality, professional websites.
This is not a basic execution role. We want someone who understands design, structure, and business goals, not just how to use the tool.

Responsibilities
• Design and build websites in Webflow from scratch
• Convert Figma / Adobe XD /relume designs into clean, accurate Webflow builds
• Properly structure and manage Webflow CMS
• Ensure full responsiveness (desktop / tablet / mobile)
• Optimize performance, readability, and user experience
• Implement Webflow animations and interactions when relevant
• Maintain and improve existing Webflow websites

Required Skills (non-negotiable)
• Strong mastery of Webflow (design + development)
• Solid understanding of web design fundamentals (typography, spacing, visual hierarchy)
• Experience with Webflow CMS
• Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
• Ability to work from objectives, not just step-by-step instructions
• Reliable, autonomous, deadline-driven
