JOB OVERVIEW

About the role
We are a web agency looking for one person who fully owns web projects internally. This role is not a developer and not a designer. You do not write code. You do not create visual designs. Your responsibility is structure, clarity, and execution quality.

You translate project briefs into clear instructions so designers and developers see the same vision and deliver correctly the first time.

This role replaces daily founder involvement.

What this role is NOT
• Not a developer role.
• Not a UI designer role.
• Not a VA role.
• Not a client support role.
• No coding.
• No Figma design work.

If you mainly code or design, this role is not for you.

What you will do
• Read and understand website project briefs.
• Define how the final website should look and function from a UX perspective.
• Break projects into clear sections and tasks.
• Write detailed, structured tasks for designers and developers.
• Provide layout logic, spacing rules, hierarchy, and mobile behavior.
• Add references and explain expectations clearly.
• Review completed work and verify it matches the brief.
• Catch UX, layout, and logic issues before delivery.
• Communicate progress in short, clear status updates.

You work independently and take ownership.

Required background
• Experience managing web projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI structure.
• Ability to read and evaluate Figma files.
• Solid knowledge of WordPress fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GeneratePress, Elementor, or similar builders.
• Experience working with designers and developers.
• Clear written English.
• Strong attention to detail and structure.

• Former agency project manager.
• Product manager with web background.
• UX-oriented web lead.
• Someone who has built and delivered full websites independently before.
• Someone who understands how websites break in real life.

Tools
• Asana for task management.
• Figma for design review only.
• WordPress-based projects.

Working conditions
• Remote.
• Part-time to start, full-time later.
• Long-term role.
• Direct impact on project quality.

Salary
• Part-time: 6–8 USD per hour.
