Web & Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Webflow, Wix & ActiveCampaign Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website management using Webflow and Wix, along with expertise in ActiveCampaign for marketing automation. This role requires a keen eye for design, technical problem-solving abilities, and the ability to optimize web performance and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to enhance our online presence and user engagement.

Responsibilities:
_ Website Development & Management (Webflow & Wix):
_ Maintain and update a website built on the Wix platform.
_ Implement design changes, add new pages, and optimize website performance for user experience and SEO.
_ Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Wix website.
_ Ensure website responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
_ Manage website backups and security.
_ Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
_ Translate design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations.
_ Implement and manage CMS collections within Webflow.
_ Integrate third-party tools and APIs with Webflow.
_ Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
_ Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and best practices.
_ Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
_ Maintain clear and organized Webflow project files.
_ Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

Marketing Automation (ActiveCampaign):
_ Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
_ Create and optimize automated workflows and sequences.
_ Segment audiences and personalize email content for targeted campaigns.
_ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
_ Integrate ActiveCampaign with other tools and platforms as needed.
_ Manage contact lists and ensure data accuracy.
_ Create and manage forms, landing pages, and automations within ActiveCampaign.

General Support & Collaboration:
_ Provide timely and effective technical support to the team.
_ Stay up-to-date with the latest Wix and ActiveCampaign features and best practices.
_ Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align website and email marketing efforts.
_ Implement SEO best practices within the Wix platform, and within ActiveCampaign emails.

Qualifications:
_ Proven experience managing Wix websites and implementing ActiveCampaign marketing automation.
_ Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic web design principles.
_ Proficiency in creating and managing email campaigns, automations, and workflows in ActiveCampaign.
_ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
_ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
_ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
_ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
_ Understanding and Experience with SEO best practices.
_ Proven experience as a Webflow Developer (portfolio required).
_ Strong understanding of Webflow's CMS, interactions, and animations.
_ Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
_ Experience with Figma or Adobe XD (or similar design tools).
_ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
_ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
_ Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
_ Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
_ Experience with e-commerce integrations.
_ Experience with Webflow E-commerce.
_ Knowledge of API integrations.
_ Experience with website performance optimization tools.
_ Familiarity with other CMS platforms.
_ Basic graphic design skills.
