Web Developer(Full-Time)

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team and help manage, maintain, and improve our web infrastructure and systems. This role combines development, system administration, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain our AWS production environment, including configuration, deployments, access control, and monitoring
-Oversee and organize GitHub repositories, including codebase structure, branching strategies, pull requests, and permissions
-Maintain and manage FTP server access, directory structures, and related integrations
-Provide guidance and support to junior developers, including task delegation and progress tracking
-Handle and track ongoing development tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and resolving blockers

Qualifications:
-Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, deployments, monitoring, etc.)
-Strong knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, version control best practices)
-Familiarity with FTP servers and web hosting environments
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
-Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers is a plus
