We're a Brisbane-based digital marketing agency working with professional services and trades businesses across Australia. We specialise in SEO, web design, paid ads, and social media, and we hold ourselves to a high standard across all of it.

What this role is
This is not a task-taker role. We need someone who leads the web function, takes full ownership of every project from brief to launch, and makes smart decisions about what goes on a website and why.
You'll work closely with the SEO team when needed, but you're not waiting to be told what to do. You understand how a website should be structured, what content belongs where, and what it takes to make a site that actually performs. You take the brief, you run with it, and you deliver something you're proud of.
We have projects ready to go right now. You won't be sitting around waiting for work to come in.

What you'll be doing

Leading WordPress website builds end to end, from brief through to launch
Taking ownership of what goes on every page, how it's structured, and how it reads
Collaborating with the SEO team when needed to ensure sites are built to perform in search
Implementing and styling content accurately, with a critical eye for quality
Converting Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate web pages
Carrying out technical SEO fixes including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and site health
Quality checking every website before and after launch, including cross-browser testing, mobile view, formatting, and functionality
Troubleshooting bugs and resolving issues quickly
Flagging problems early rather than waiting to be asked


What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years experience in WordPress development with a portfolio of live sites to show for it
Someone who can lead a project, not just execute tasks
Strong across Elementor, Breakdance, and Bricks
Solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills
Comfortable working from Figma files and bringing designs to life accurately
A design eye, you notice when something looks wrong and you fix it
Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
Experience quality checking live websites, not just builds
Fast, reliable, and accountable
Strong written English and clear communication
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload without being chased

Bugs resolved within 48 hours of being reported
PageSpeed score of 80+ on all new builds
100% mobile responsiveness tested and confirmed pre-launch
SEO team requests implemented within 72 hours
Zero critical issues post-launch


What we offer

$10 AUD per hour to start, with performance bonus on top
Full-time, fully remote

How we work
We use ClickUp for task management, Google Drive for files, and Slack for comms. Briefs are clear, expectations are set upfront, and we don't micromanage. What we do expect is ownership, accountability, and someone who communicates proactively when something needs attention.
