Web Developer (WordPress + Bricks Builder) — Long-Term Position
We are a small marketing team looking for a reliable long-term web developer to help build clean, custom websites for blue-collar businesses like construction companies, excavation companies, auto repair shops, and local service businesses.
Most sites are straightforward lead-generation websites: a strong homepage, service pages, an about page, a contact/quote form, and clean mobile-responsive layouts. We frequently work from reference sites, so a big part of the job is taking an example website we like and rebuilding that look and feel as a custom site in Bricks Builder.

Responsibilities:
Build new websites using Bricks Builder in WordPress
Use reference/example websites to build out custom designs in Bricks Builder
Create clean, mobile-responsive layouts that look good on every device
Set up standard pages (home, services, about, contact, quote/lead forms)
Match our style and the client's branding (colors, fonts, spacing)
Make revisions when needed based on feedback
Keep WordPress, themes, and plugins set up cleanly and organized
Optimize for basic speed and on-page SEO

Requirements:
Must be proficient in WordPress and Bricks Builder
Experience building custom sites (not just templates)
Strong eye for clean design, layout, and responsive behavior
Able to recreate the look and feel of a reference site
Reliable communication
Good attention to detail
Able to follow examples and feedback

This is a long-term position. We are looking for someone who can learn our style and help us produce more websites consistently for our growing list of clients.
