We’re looking for a highly skilled website developer who can build professional, modern websites in 24–72 hours from design briefs or Figma mockups.
The ideal candidate is someone who can balance speed and quality, leveraging frameworks, no-code tools, and reusable components to deliver polished, conversion-focused websites quickly.
?
???? Responsibilities
• Turn Figma designs or any design briefs into fully functional, responsive websites.
• Choose the right approach per project:
• Custom code (Next.js, React, TailwindCSS)
• No-code / low-code (Webflow, Framer, WordPress/Elementor)
• Implement animations, transitions, and clean UI interactions.
• Set up CMS and API integrations when required (e.g. blogs, booking, e-commerce, forms).
• Deploy projects on Vercel, Netlify, or similar hosting.
• Optimize for performance (fast load times, mobile-first, Lighthouse scores) and SEO basics (meta, sitemap, schema).
?
???? Requirements
• Strong front-end skills: Next.js / React + TailwindCSS.
• Proficiency with Webflow / Framer / WordPress for rapid builds.
• Experience working from Figma and delivering pixel-perfect results.
• Solid knowledge of hosting, domains, SSL, and deployment.
• Familiarity with API integration and light backend setups (Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, etc.).
• Ability to leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) for faster coding.
• Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and understanding of conversion-focused layouts.
• Portfolio of modern, professional websites you’ve built.
?
???? Nice to Have
• Experience creating reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with animations/motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie).
?
???? What We Offer
• Consistent flow of projects.
• Flexible work, with clear timelines (typically 24–72 hours per project).
• Competitive pay based on speed + quality.
• Long-term opportunity to grow into a lead developer role.
