JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE

We’re not a typical health clinic.
Averus Group operates two health and wellness brands (Cerebral Health and Magnolia Hyperbarics) delivering advanced neurological and physical treatments including PEMF, HBOT, and neurological rehabilitation. Our patients come to us when conventional medicine hasn’t worked. We get results because we hold ourselves to an exceptional standard across every function of the business — including marketing.

We’re building an in-house team that owns outcomes, not just outputs. That means the people we hire aren’t task-completers — they’re operators who understand that the quality of their work directly affects whether a patient walks through our door and gets the help they need.

THE ROLE
Build what patients see first– and make it impossible to ignore.
This is a combined role for someone who is equally strong in web development and graphic design. You’ll maintain and improve the Cerebral Health and Magnolia Hyperbarics websites, build CRO-focused landing pages for paid campaigns, and create every visual asset that represents both brands — from ad creatives to social graphics to in-clinic materials.
You work from the Content Playbook brand guide and are accountable for brand consistency across every touchpoint. This isn’t a role for someone who likes to take their time on perfect pieces. It’s a production role — fast output, consistent quality, zero off-brand assets reaching the public.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Day-to-day, here's what this looks like.
Website & Landing Pages
• Maintain and update ---------- and the Magnolia Hyperbarics website — service pages, blog templates, speed optimization.
• Build and iterate CRO-focused landing pages for paid campaigns — starting with LP7 (concussion) and future variants.
• Install and monitor heatmaps (Hotjar or equivalent) on key pages — report findings monthly.
• Ensure Core Web Vitals and page speed scores remain in the green range.
• Implement on-page SEO recommendations from the SEO Specialist — meta titles, schema, internal links.
Graphic Design & Visual Assets
• Create all social graphics, Instagram carousels, story templates, and Facebook post visuals for both brands.
• Design ad creatives in multiple formats — static and animated — for Meta and Google campaigns.
• Build and maintain a branded template library so recurring content formats can be produced quickly.
• Create email imagery and HTML email layouts in coordination with the CRM Specialist.
• Design print and in-clinic materials as needed — brochures, signage, patient handouts.
• All output must comply with the Content Playbook brand guide — color palette, typography, voice attributes.
Brand Compliance
• Review all team-produced visual content against the brand guide before publishing.
• Flag deviations to the Marketing Manager — do not let off-brand content reach the public.
• Maintain a Canva brand kit with all approved fonts, colors, logos, and templates.

YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF...
Two disciplines. One person. Both at a high level.
• You build pages, not just mockups
You can open WordPress and ship a page without handing it off to a developer. You understand CRO basics, page speed, and why a landing page that looks good but loads slowly is a problem.
• You can deliver a finished creative by tomorrow
24–48 hour turnaround isn’t a stretch goal — it’s the baseline. You’re fast, organized, and your output is polished under pressure.
• You design to the brief, not to your taste
Brand discipline means the guide is the rule. You don’t freelance the color palette or swap the font because it looks better to you. You ask on day one, and you flag when something is off.
• You understand what healthcare content can and can’t say
You know how regulated industries work visually and verbally. You don’t need to learn on the job what language or imagery will get a post flagged or a page penalized.
• You’re strong in both web and design — not just one
This is a combined role by design. If you’re a great designer who can’t touch a WordPress page — or a solid developer who produces flat, unpolished visuals — we’ll hire those functions separately.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
We take care of the people who take care of our patients.
• Paid Time Off — Recharge so you can perform at your best. We respect the time you take away from work.
• Sick Days — When life happens, it happens. Take the time you need to recover without the pressure.
• Fully Remote — Work remote with a team spread across time zones — autonomy and flexibility built in.
• Real Growth — This is a growing organization. As both brands scale, so do the opportunities for the people building them.
• A Team That Cares — We hire people who are bought into the mission. You'll work alongside others who understand why the work matters, not just what the work is.
• A Greater Mission — Every qualified booking you drive is a patient who gets access to treatment that could change their life. That's not marketing copy — that's the reality of what we do.

Ready to apply?
Send us 5+ social or ad creative samples, at least one landing page you designed and built, and a brief description of the last brand guide you worked with. Show us your web work and your design work — both matter equally here.
