Web Developer and Designer

We are looking for a Web Developer and Designer who builds code-based websites using AI coding tools as a core part of their workflow. Claude Code is the primary tool in this role. You will design, build, and launch full websites from concept to deployment, combining strong visual design capability with hands-on coding skills accelerated by AI.

This is not a no-code or template-based role. You are expected to build with code, design with intention, and use AI tools to enhance speed and output quality. This role is ideal for a hybrid designer-developer who leverages AI to improve execution while maintaining strong judgment and standards.

What You Will Work On

Design and Concept Development

Plan and conceptualize layouts, wireframes, and visual directions aligned with brand and conversion goals
Create mockups and component systems in Figma that translate effectively into code
Maintain a consistent design language that balances creativity, usability, and performance

Code-Based Website Development

Build responsive, high-performance websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code to write, refactor, debug, and ship code efficiently
Translate Figma designs into production-ready websites across devices and browsers
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve UX, user flows, and conversion outcomes

Optimization and Delivery

Apply SEO and performance best practices across all builds
Manage projects from initial concept through launch
Test and troubleshoot across multiple environments to ensure reliability
Continuously optimize workflows by integrating AI tools to improve speed and quality

What You Bring

3 to 5+ years of experience designing and developing full websites using a code-first approach
Active use of Claude Code or similar AI coding tools in daily workflows
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to build from scratch
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and responsive design
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and conversion-focused design
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
