Web Developer (CRO / Automation)

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer & Automation Specialist to manage and improve our WordPress-based lead generation websites.

Your role is to ensure websites are fast, high-converting, and technically sound, while supporting marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain WordPress websites
• Build and optimise landing pages (Elementor or similar)
• Improve site speed, mobile performance, and UX
• Implement and manage tracking (GA4, conversions, GTM)
• Improve conversion rates (forms, layout, funnels)
• Set up and manage automations (Zapier, CRM integrations)
• Fix technical SEO issues (site structure, indexing, errors)
Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Improved site speed and performance
• Increased conversion rates (visitor ? lead)
• Accurate tracking and reporting setup
• Fast turnaround on website updates and landing pages

Requirements
• 3+ years experience with WordPress development
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, basic JS
• Experience with Elementor (or similar builders)
• Experience with Zapier or workflow automation
• Understanding of technical SEO
• Good English communication

Highly Valued
• Experience with conversion optimisation (CRO)
• Experience working with lead generation websites
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads/SEMRush
