## **About the Role**

We are hiring a **Junior Full Stack Developer** to assist in building the **core boilerplate components** of a **B2B SaaS platform**. You will work under a **Senior Developer**, focusing on implementing **standardized elements** that every SaaS platform needs. Your primary role will be to build and refine foundational features, ensuring **stability, security, and scalability** while supporting rapid iteration.

## **Responsibilities**

- Implement **boilerplate components** common to all SaaS platforms, including:
- **User authentication** (MVP phase).
- **Basic role-based access control (RBAC)**.
- **Billing/subscription placeholders** (future-proofing for monetization).
- **Multi-tenancy structure** (if applicable).
- **Logging and error handling mechanisms**.
- **API endpoints for future integrations** (without deep system dependencies).
- Assist in setting up the **CI/CD pipeline** for smooth deployments.
- Optimize **database schemas and queries** (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Support front-end and backend development using **Reflex (Upgrade to see actual infov)** to implement UI components (react as req’d).
- Conduct **basic testing and debugging** to ensure feature stability.

## **Qualifications**

### **Must-Have:**

- **1-3 years** of experience in **Full Stack Development** (Python preferred).
- Knowledge of **authentication, RBAC, and session management**.
- Familiarity with **database design** (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Experience with **front-end frameworks** (Reflex, React, or similar).
- Understanding of **CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow **structured development guidelines**.
- 1+ years of experience using **AI-powered coding assistants.**

### **Nice-to-Have:**

- Experience working with **B2B SaaS applications**.
- Familiarity with **multi-tenancy architecture**.
- Basic knowledge of **DevOps and cloud deployment**.

- **Remote, contract role** (~20-30 hours/week).
- **Duration:** ~8 weeks, with potential for extension.
