Web Designer & Developer (Expertise in Webflow)

Are you a Webflow wizard who loves turning ideas into stunning, high-performing websites? We’re on the lookout for a freelance Webflow Designer to help us elevate our web presence with bold, modern, and conversion-driven designs.
This is a project-based gig, but if we vibe well — we’ve got plenty of ongoing work waiting for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Craft visually striking websites in Webflow that don’t just look good — they convert.
• Bring pages to life with scroll animations, microinteractions, animated CTAs, and buttery-smooth transitions.
Share creative direction and strategic ideas for user flow, visuals, and functionality.
• Set up tracking tools and performance scripts like a pro.
• Make sure everything runs smoothly across all devices (yes, even that old iPhone).
• Optimize images, animations, and code for lightning-fast load times.
• Design and tweak visual elements — from icons to banners and UI goodies.
• Troubleshoot any hiccups — and fix them fast.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to bring big ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For:
• You’re a Webflow pro — like, seriously. You know all the tricks.
• Strong grasp of modern web effects and sleek user interactions.
• Experience setting up scripts for analytics and speed optimization.
• Great communicator and team player.
• Obsessive about details, and passionate about performance.
• Independent, self-starter vibes with a can-do attitude.

• Flexible work setup
• $6–$10/hour, depending on your experience
• 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 6:00–11:00 AM PST
• Bi-weekly payments — reliable and on time, every time
