Web Designer & Coder

Sweet2Elite is seeking a highly skilled Web Designer & Coder to create and optimize web pages within the Go High Level (GHL) platform. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of GHL website design and coding to enhance user experience, functionality, and aesthetics. This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to bring innovative web solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design & Development:
- Design and develop web pages using Go High Level (GHL).
- Implement creative and responsive layouts that align with the brand’s vision.
- Coding & Custom Enhancements:
- Utilize advanced coding techniques (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance website functionality.
- Customize elements within GHL to improve user experience.
- Optimization & Maintenance:
- Ensure all web pages are mobile-responsive and optimized for performance, including fast page load speeds and SEO best
practices.
- Monitor website traffic and conversion rates, analyzing user behavior to identify drop-offs related to website design and
content.
- Conduct regular maintenance, identify, and fix any web-related issues to ensure consistent functionality and user
experience.
- Ensure all web pages are mobile-responsive and optimized for performance, including fast page load speeds and SEO best
practices.

- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Ability to implement custom-coded solutions to enhance functionality within GHL.

- Strong attention to detail and an eye for modern web aesthetics.

Preferred Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in web design.
- 2+ years of experience coding for web development.
- 2+ years of experience using Go High Level (GHL) for website design and customization.

Technical Requirements:
- Stable high-speed internet connection with a backup option to ensure consistent workflow.
- Reliable power source with a backup solution in case of outages.
- Dual-monitor setup or secondary screen for efficient multitasking.
