Web Design and SEO Project Manager

We are looking for a full time Project Manager who can handle web design and SEO projects from start to finish.

This is not just a task assigning job. You must understand websites and SEO so you can check the work properly and make sure everything is done right.

You will handle the complete process from client requirement to final delivery.

What You Will Do:
Understand Client Requirements
Read and understand what the client wants
Make sure the project scope is clear
Make sure what we deliver matches what was promised
Create and Assign Tasks in ClickUp
Break down projects into clear tasks
Write clear task instructions
Assign tasks to the correct tea ---------- mber
Follow up to make sure work is moving

Manage Web Design Projects:
Oversee website builds from start to finish
Check design, content, layout, mobile view, and basic speed
Review the full website before delivery
Make sure everything works properly

Manage SEO Projects:
You must understand SEO, not just manage people.
You should know:

On page SEO:
Meta titles and descriptions
Proper heading structure
Keyword placement
Internal linking
Basic technical SEO
Off page SEO
Link building
Local SEO
Basic AI related optimization methods

You will:
Assign SEO tasks properly
Review SEO work before marking it complete
Make sure the strategy is followed correctly
Quality Checking
Review all work before sending to client
Catch mistakes
Make sure the final result is clean and correct
Client Communication
Send updates to clients
Answer questions clearly
Handle feedback and revisions
Make sure clients are satisfied

Requirements:
Experience managing web design projects
Strong understanding of SEO
Experience using ClickUp or similar tool
Good English communication
Very detail oriented
Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Responsible and reliable

Interview Process:
There will be a video interview.
During the interview:
You will share your screen.
You may be asked to review a website live.
You may be asked to check an SEO task live.
You may be asked to show how you would create tasks in ClickUp.
Do not use AI tools during the interview. We want to see your real skills and thinking process.
