Wayfair experience is mandatory.

We are primarily looking for candidates with actual Wayfair marketplace operating experience.

1. Wayfair operating experience
2. Outstanding e-commerce achievements on other major platforms
3. Strong English reading and writing ability
4. Understanding of American consumers, shopping behavior, culture, and customer psychology

What You Will Do

* Analyze sold products on Wayfair
* Monitor listing health
* Research competitors
* Compare pricing, shipping speed, images, titles, keywords, reviews, and product positioning
* Track impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rate, orders, reviews, and performance trends
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* Provide clear recommendations based on data
