Watch Dial Designer

Blessington Watches is an Australian watch brand that creates limited edition timepieces inspired by the unique wildlife of Australia. Every collection is built around a real native animal and each design tells a story. Our watches are known for their detailed artwork high quality build and very small production runs that never repeat. Once a model sells out it is gone forever which makes them collectible for our customers.

We currently have collections based on animals such as the Eastern Brown the Red Kangaroo the Whale Shark the Tiger Snake the Great White and many more. Each dial is designed to capture the character colours and patterns of the animal in a clean modern artistic way that still maintains the beauty of a premium watch face.

Our brand continues to grow and we are now seeking a talented designer who can bring new wildlife designs to life in a precise and professional style suitable for watch dials.

Role Overview
This is a project based role for a graphic designer with a strong artistic eye and the ability to create clean symmetrical dial designs. You will design wildlife inspired artwork for upcoming watch releases. Attention to detail and the ability to match the Blessington style is essential.

Responsibilities
• Create new dial concepts inspired by Australian wildlife
• Develop clean vector artwork suitable for high precision watch printing
• Study the animal and incorporate key textures patterns and colours in an elegant and balanced way
• Deliver artwork in layered source files and production ready formats
• Work closely with our team to refine drafts
• Follow our existing brand style while adding your own creativity
• Provide fast revisions when needed
• Create final files that can be used for manufacturing without adjustments

Requirements
• Strong experience in vector illustration
• Ability to create clean symmetrical artwork
• Experience in designing for product surfaces is a bonus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow references closely
• Professional communication and reliable deadlines
• Portfolio with examples of detailed illustration work
• Love for wildlife or nature based themes is a plus
