Job Description:
NCLTG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support
our inventory and logistics operations. This role will primarily focus on inventory tracking, tracking and
reporting container shipments, and utilizing computer systems to maintain accurate warehouse records.
The ideal candidate thrives independently, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working with digital inventory processes.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Monitoring and Data Accuracy:
? Update and maintain accurate stock levels in inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, or
spreadsheets).
? Monitor stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfers) to ensure real-time accuracy.
? Conduct virtual cycle counts or reconcile discrepancies with warehouse reports.

Container Documentation and Record-Keeping:
? Ensure that all shipment data is correctly entered into internal systems or spreadsheets.
? Track containers in real-time using shipping line portals, freight forwarder dashboards, or
third-party tracking platforms.
? Record updates on Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), departure, transshipment points, and delays.
Flag discrepancies (e.g., delays, route changes, or demurrage risks) and escalate as needed.

Exception Handling and Problem Resolution:
? Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
? Escalate stock issues (e.g., shortages, overstocks, expired items) and propose corrective actions.
Track and manage returns, replacements, and inventory adjustments.

Reporting and Analytics:
? Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
? Analyze stock turnover, demand patterns, and slow-moving items.
? Recommend reorder levels, safety stock, and process improvements to optimize inventory
control.

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain,
Business, or related field preferred.
? 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions.
? Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Strong computer literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook,
and general office tools
? Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
? Previous experience in a remote or distributed work environment is a plus.

Preferred:
? Experience with inventory management systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Finale)
? Ability to generate and interpret inventory and demand reports.
