This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity with a family-run business that sells items on the Walmart US platform — including toys, clothes, food, automotive parts, and home goods.

About Our Company

We’re an established online store that sells automotive parts and home goods. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage product returns and track inventory shipments sent to our Walmart Fulfillment Center (WFS) on a weekly basis.

???? Schedule: 1 day per week, roughly 3 hours total.

Main Responsibilities

Log in weekly to our Walmart Seller Account (US).

Process and open cases for all returns initiated or completed during the previous week.

Contact Walmart Seller Support regarding any WFS shipments not received, missing items, or discrepancies.

Submit a weekly report (Google Sheet or Excel) summarizing all cases opened, closed, resolved, or pending.

Keep organized records of shipments, tracking numbers, and return statuses.

Assist with other Walmart account-related tasks as needed (e.g., product listings, inventory checks, report updates).

Requirements

Experience with Walmart Seller Center, Amazon, or similar eCommerce platforms (preferred but not required).

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Good written English communication.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer.

Must be open-minded and coachable — training will be provided.

How to Apply

Please start your response with the word “olibertobombay” and answer this question:

What platform do we use — Walmart UK, CA, or US?

Then, answer the following questions clearly and completely:

Tell us about the last 3 eCommerce-related businesses you worked for.

Why did you leave each of those jobs?

Which tasks did you enjoy the most and which did you enjoy the least?

Do you work from home or a shared workspace?

Is your internet fast enough for voice calls with no interference?

Can you write English without grammar or spelling mistakes?

If you’ve done similar work before, please share examples of listings you personally created or managed for a previous employer.
