Walmart Admin VA (1-Day Project, Loom Guide Creation)

This is a 1-day project. You will create professional screen recordings (Loom or similar) demonstrating how to perform core Walmart Seller Center admin tasks efficiently. Videos will be used to build SOP guides. You must already have real experience as a Walmart Admin VA and be able to explain workflows clearly in English and Taglish.

Applicants must have hands-on experience performing the following tasks inside Walmart Seller Center or a seller’s business:

- Monitor Seller Center performance metrics (OTDR, defect rate, cancellation rate, seller score, WFS metrics, listing quality)

- Review and manage orders, late-shipment risk, pricing health, and return requests

- Audit inventory, unpublished/unpublished listings, and unpublished product content

- Manage WFS shipment reconciliation, delivery issues, and cut-off compliance

- Seller support case/case management (opening, tracking, escalating, resolving)

- Buyer communication (order issues, cancellations, tracking updates, returns)

- Audit pricing, listing suppression risks, and competitive price health

- Track and process reimbursements, refunds, return claims, and 90-day return audits

- Audit canceled, refunded, or disputed orders for accuracy

- Update listings correctly (title, price, category, fulfillment method, images, variants)

- Review listing health and unpublished inventory risk

- Audit WFS inbound performance and inventory availability

- Evaluate and escalate account or listing errors to the proper team

- Monitor order defect reports and take corrective admin actions

- Export seller reports (payments, performance, inventory, returns, dispute logs)

- Manage API access, tool permissions, and integrations

- Audit aged or slow-moving inventory

- Track and manage bills, invoices, and seller admin finance tasks

- Case follow-ups with Walmart support for listing, shipment, or account issues

- Understand Walmart Online Arbitrage sourcing workflows and seller admin cycles

- Can record clear, professional step-by-step screen videos without supervision

- Speaks fluent English and Taglish
