Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in students' lives from the comfort of your own home? Maolingo is seeking dedicated ESL tutors to join our growing remote teaching team!

Qualifications:
• English Major or Communication graduate preferred, but not required
• Fluent to advanced English communication skills
• ESL teaching experience is a plus, especially with Chinese students and learners from diverse backgrounds such as Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese, etc.,
• Proficiency with digital tools and online teaching platforms
• Reliable, honest, and engaging and positive personality
• Professional camera & microphone, stable internet connection with backup for emergencies, and a quiet, professional workspace

Training Program:
All new tutors undergo comprehensive ONSITE TRAINING at Cebu IT Park, Cebu City before transitioning to remote work:
• Fresh Graduates: Up to 6 weeks covering platform orientation, navigation, course study, lesson preparation, and supervised classroom instruction
• Experienced Tutors: Up to 2 weeks of accelerated training covering the same components

Training compensation: 350/day

Training duration is determined by individual skills and experience. Upon successful completion, tutors transition to full remote work.
