Full-time or part-time remote, from the Philippines. Australian business hours. Above-market pay for the right person. Long-term. Flexible terms to suit your situation.
We work with a range of Australian businesses that need a proper lead generation system built, not just someone to send messages. We're looking for people who can design the system, set it up, and run it: pick the channels, build the lists, stand up the tools and automation, write the sequences, and turn it into booked meetings. We're building a pool of strong specialists to match with these clients as the work comes up.
This is for people who can own lead generation end to end. If you've built an outbound system from a blank page and made it produce meetings, we want to hear from you.
WHY THIS ROLE
Build it your way. You're not slotting into someone else's broken process. You design the lead gen system and you own how it works.
Real Australian clients. Established businesses that want results, not one-off gigs that vanish after a week.
Flexible terms. Part-time or full-time depending on what suits you. Tell us your availability and we'll work with it.
Above-market pay for the right person. We pay well for people who can build something that actually produces leads, and we pay on time.
Long-term and stable. We want people we can place for the long run.
Variety. Different clients and industries, so the work stays interesting and your skills keep growing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The exact mix depends on the client, but the core is the same: build the lead generation system and make it work.
Strategy. Understand the client's offer, target market, and ideal customer. D
Build and set up. Stand up the tools and infrastructure: CRM, outreach platform,
Implement and automate. Write the sequences and scripts, set up the automation, and get the system running. Wire up the steps so leads move cleanly from first contact to booked meeting.
Run and improve. Manage the day-to-day outreach, book the meetings, qualify leads against the client's criteria, and keep the CRM clean. Watch the numbers, test what's not working, and tune the system over time.
Report. Outreach sent, conversations started, meetings booked, leads qualified, and what you changed to improve them.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're hiring for people who've actually built outbound systems, not just worked a list someone handed them. If most of the below describes you, please apply.
A track record of building a lead generation system end to end: strategy, setup, implementation, and results. Ideally for Western or Australian clients.
Hands-on with the tools. CRMs and outreach or prospecting platforms (for example HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar), plus
Comfortable with appointment setting yourself. You can run the outreach and book the meetings, not only design the process.
Clear, confident English, written and spoken.
Organised and self-directed. You can build something from a blank page and keep it running without being managed closely.
Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace.
Nice to have (not required): automation and no-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), data scraping and enrichment (Clay, PhantomBuster), copywriting for cold outreach, and experience across more than one channel.
WHO YOU ARE
You're a builder. Handed a client with no pipeline and no system, you know where to start and you've done it before. You like the puzzle of figuring out who to target and how to reach them, then building the machine that does it at volume. You keep your pipeline tidy and your follow-ups on time, and you'd rather own a system for a good long-term client than execute someone else's scripts.
If that sounds like you, apply below.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply directly via OJP. Attach your resume (PDF). In your application message, answer the questions below. Short, direct, specific answers. No AI-written fluff. Applications that skip the questions won't be progressed.
A system you built. Describe one lead generation system you built from scratch. What was the client's offer and target market, what channels did you choose and why, and what did the finished system actually produce (meetings or leads per week or month)?
1. Strategy to setup. Walk us from blank page to live. How do you d
2. The stack. List the tools you used to build your last system (CRM, outreach platform, data and enrichment, automation). Which do you know best, and what would you set up for a brand-new client tomorrow?
3. Deliverability. If you run cold
4. Numbers. In your last system, roughly how many prospects did you contact a week, how many conversations did that start, and how many meetings did it book? What did you change to improve those numbers?
5. Appointment setting. Are you comfortable running the outreach and booking meetings yourself, not just designing the process? Give one example of a meeting you booked from a cold start.
6. Logistics. Your availability (part-time or full-time, and which hours you can cover against Australian business hours), expected monthly pay in PHP, and your earliest start date.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Strong fits go to a short video interview.
