VoIP Engineer – 3CX Backend, API & Cloud Infrastructure

Are you experienced in 3CX phone systems, API development, and cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean, Vultr or similar)? We’re looking for a proactive, technically sharp VoIP Engineer to join our growing IT team that serves U.S.-based clients.

What You’ll Do:
• Administer and maintain 3CX VoIP systems including setup, call flows, and SIP trunking
• Manage and optimize DigitalOcean, Vultr-hosted VoIP infrastructure
• Build and maintain APIs to integrate 3CX with CRMs and third-party tools
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize call quality, and ensure uptime
• Collaborate with U.S.-based support and development teams
• Document systems, automation processes, and network architecture
Who We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience with 3CX backend configuration and system design
• Strong API development skills (REST, JSON, webhooks – using PHP, Python, or JS)
• Familiar with Linux-based cloud hosting platforms, especially DigitalOcean,Vultr
• Deep understanding of SIP protocols, NAT, RTP, and firewall configurations
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and ability to work independently
• Good written and spoken English skills
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points):
• 3CX Advanced Certification
• Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Scripting experience for automation and system monitoring

Salary & Benefits:
• Monthly Earnings: $1,600 (depending on experience and skillset)
• Annual Salary Review: With growth and performance
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST (Philippine night shift)
• Holidays and Vacation: Paid after probationary period.
