Visual Designer (Marketing & Brand)

We're seeking a versatile Visual Designer to create compelling visual content internally and across our marketing channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with an understanding of emerging AI tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create visually engaging assets for multiple channels including decks, social media, product marketing materials, Upgrade to see actual info, and email campaigns
* Maintain consistent brand identity while adapting designs for different platforms and audiences
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions
* Design and produce both static and animated content that drives engagement
* Create engaging animations and GIFs for social media and marketing materials

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital platforms
* Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with animation tools
* Experience creating cohesive design systems and marketing materials
* Understanding of current design trends and best practices for digital platforms
* Experience with or strong interest in AI design tools and their applications
* Strong English communication skills
* Reliable internet connection

Ideal Qualities:
* Strong eye for typography, color, and composition
* Ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency
* Experience in tech or SaaS companies
* Proven background in motion design/animation (GIFs, simple animations)
* Experience designing for community platforms (Upgrade to see actual info, social media)
