The Vision & Mission Specialist will work closely with senior leadership to define and communicate a clear and inspiring company direction, shaping the culture and guiding decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine the company's vision and mission statements.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to align vision and mission with strategic goals.

- Communicate the vision and mission internally and externally to inspire and engage stakeholders.
- Monitor and adapt the vision and mission as the company evolves and market conditions change.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in developing and articulating company visions and missions.

- Strong understanding of branding and corporate strategy.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively.

- Experience working with diverse teams and leading workshops or brainstorming sessions.
