JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing UK-based financial planning and wealth management business looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This is not a simple data entry role.

We are looking for someone intelligent, resourceful, highly organised, and confident on the telephone who can help us deliver outstanding service to our clients.

You will work directly with our Executive PA, Chantal, who is based in South Africa and will be your line manager. Together, you will support a busy team of financial advisers serving clients throughout the United Kingdom.

If you enjoy solving problems, speaking to people, chasing information, and helping a business run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing

Your role will involve a mixture of administration, communication, research, and problem-solving.

Typical tasks include:

• Calling pension providers, insurance companies, investment companies, banks, and other organisations on behalf of our team.

• Chasing outstanding information and following up requests.

• Speaking confidently and professionally with customer service teams and provider representatives.

• Updating and maintaining our CRM system.

• Entering and checking client information accurately.

• Managing emails and correspondence.

• Conducting online research.

• Assisting with projects and business improvements.

• Organising documents and records.

• Supporting advisers and administrators with day-to-day tasks.

• Helping ensure that client cases continue moving forward without delays.

Some days you may spend several hours on the telephone obtaining information from providers. Other days you may be updating records, preparing reports, or helping with special projects.

No two days are exactly the same.
