Virtual assistance with SEO and and marketing abilities

We are seeking a VA who can help with everything from SEO, SEM as well as research and reach out work. Added merit if you have also worked with video editing


We are an organisation and company that works to make an impact. Our purpose is to give a voice to those who don’t speak the local language; we arrange translators so that patients can get medical treatments in their new country and communicate with doctors. We arrange translators for crime victims so that they can get justice. Our job is to arrange interpreters through our platform for our customers.

Our end customers are hospitals, courts/lawyers, and municipalities who communicate with refugees and other people in need.

Our company purpose is to use technology to make the world a better place. And we’re currently hiring developers to join us in the ride!

We are a company based in Sweden with developers in Ukraine, Philippines (Manila and Visaya) and Indonesia.

We are looking for a passionate VA who has experience with social media marketing, extensive experience creating successful e-mail campaigns, and perhaps with copywriting or design work or working with wordpress. Having worked with adwords is a big plus.


When applying please send an excel sheet with

1. A sheet with website you have done SEO for. Column 1 website URL, column 2 the impact your work has had (went from page 4 on Google for search terms X,y,z to page 1 or similar- so be clear to specify which words you optimized for and a third column HOW)
2. A second sheet with companies you have done email marketing sequencing for, column 1 website, column 2 describing how many emails were in the sequencing column 3 what tools you used for it (active campaign, hubspot etc) column 4 what the impact of campaign was such as opening rate, conversion etc
3. Optional: One last sheet where you have links to 3 videos you have created (links is fine) - Column 1 name of video and short description, column 2: the URL to the video
4. Optional: If you have done some graphics work, feel free to post URLs to portfolio or websites you've made in a fourth tab

Other than that please write a 1 page text describing
A.. How you have worked with optimizing conversion on website - and ideally do you work
B. What other VA work you have done, such as outreach, building partnerships/pilots, getting market research
C. A text describing yourself, where in PH you are, what you enjoy doing, how you feel about working with UK time, 8am-6pm (with the seldom/occasional availability necessary later)
D. How you have worked with email marketing and sequencing - and what you have learnt from it

So your application should contain
X. One excel sheet outlining 1-4
Y. A 1-2 page text outline points A-D Above
Z. A transcript of your latest education (preference given to University graduates)

NB: it is important that the person applying is technically proficient and isn't scared of learning and using digital tools :) such as designing/ setting up a Wordpress testing new AI-tools like GPT, Claude, testing different tools for text to image/AI-imagery or video creation etc
