We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based sales and operations team. You’ll be responsible for calling and texting leads, setting up appointments, processing orders, and entering new leads into our system. This role requires someone who is organized, fast, and able to respond quickly to new leads as they come in.
You will work closely with our team to ensure every lead is contacted promptly and that all orders and appointments are handled efficiently. During your workday, you will be on standby to respond immediately to new leads and follow up with customers as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and send texts to U.S. leads using provided scripts.
• Add new leads from the CRM to the lead sheet immediately as they come in.
• Respond to new leads within 5 minutes of receiving them.
• Follow scripts professionally and confidently.
• Set up appointments for new and existing leads.
• Process orders and send confirmation details promptly.
• Keep accurate notes after every call, text, or appointment.
• Provide a daily summary of activity, including calls, texts, and completed orders.
• Be on standby throughout the workday to handle immediate leads and follow up with customers as needed.
• Work on standby during weekends, making calls to leads once per day.

Requirements:
• Clear spoken English and confidence on the phone.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• A phone system or VoIP app to call and text U.S. numbers (Google Voice, OpenPhone, Nupphone, etc.).
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for lead tracking.
• Must be proactive and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Able to work during required time frames and respond quickly to incoming leads.

Work Schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST
• Standby throughout workday to handle immediate leads
• Saturday & Sunday: Standby, call leads once per day
