Virtual Receptionist — Inbound Call Handler (Canadian Company)

Looking for a virtual receptionist for a Canadian home improvement company. Role is simple — be available to answer inbound calls 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm EST. When a call comes in, collect the customer's name, phone number, location, and job details, then immediately text that information to the owner in a specific format. Calls may range from 2-15 per day. Must have excellent English and a clear professional phone manner. Stable phone setup required. Long term role.
