Virtual Real Estate Assistant (Cold Calling & Deal Analysis)

We are looking for a reliable, confident, and results-driven Virtual Assistant who specializes in cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to prospective clients, building rapport, and generating qualified leads. If you are a great communicator, organized, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and lead lists
• Introduce our services clearly and professionally
• Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments when needed
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messaging
• Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets
• Provide administrative support when required

Requirements
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
