Virtual Project Manager – US Deck Construction (JobTread + CRM)

Deck Science is a fast-growing deck building company in Minnesota, USA. We build
beautiful decks for homeowners. We use smart tools and AI to run a tight, modern
operation. We are looking for one sharp Project Manager to join us full-time and
help run our jobs from "sold" to "built."

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Keep our projects on track inside JobTread (our project software)
- Track permits and flag anything missing before it becomes a problem
- Schedule crews and order materials so the job is ready on time
- Talk with customers by message and occasionally by phone call — clear, kind, and professional
- Solve small problems fast so they never become big ones
- Send short daily updates so the team always knows where things stand

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- At least 2 years as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or strong VA
- Excellent written AND spoken English (you will talk to US homeowners)
- Very detail-oriented and process-driven — you love checklists and systems
- A real problem solver who takes ownership and does not wait to be told
- Comfortable learning new software fast
- Able to work US Central Time hours (Minnesota)
- Construction or trades experience is a big plus

THE PAY:
- $1,500 to $1,900 per month, based on experience
- Paid weekly for your first 60 days, then on a set schedule
- 13th-month bonus
- Long-term, stable work with room to grow
