Virtual Operations and Web Specialist

Hi there! I am a small business owner and believe in taking the time to write these job postings without AI. As much as we love using AI in our business I want this to be genuine.

My brothers and I own and operate many small businesses. Fro ---------- dicare Insurnace, to cattle farming, wholesaling, and construction (landscaping, home building, spray foam).

We currently have 8 full time VAs working for us. 5 have been with us for over a year. My sister is also engaged to a Philippino as well. We are familiar with the culture and the work from home environment.

We believe in starting everyone at a fair wage ($4 usd) and giving performance based raises when value is added to the team. Some of our best VAs are making over $7 per hour.

We are looking for someone 100?dicated to this role. Not trying to do 2 jobs at once. It’s very easy to tell so please don’t waste your time. We believe the most important traits in a good VA are Trustworthiness, work ethic, and problem solving.

To excel in this role, you will need experience building websites. SEO optimization. Go High Level Buildouts. Customer service. We will keep the posting up for a few days before we review candidates.
