About the Role
We are a high-end plastic surgery practice in the United States seeking a polished, professional virtual receptionist to handle all incoming patient calls. You will be the first voice our patients hear — a warm, calm, and clear communication style is essential.
Responsibilities
-Answer all incoming patient calls professionally
-Forward calls to the appropriate tea
-Schedule and reschedule appointments for existing patients
-Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements
-Excellent spoken English — clear, neutral accent, professional tone
-Previous experience in a medical or professional office phone role preferred
-Comfortable learning new software
-Reliable internet connection with a backup solution
-Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern time with a 30-min unpaid lunch break.
-Quiet, professional home workspace
