# Virtual Math Tutor (Grades 6–9)

**Part-Time | Remote | 3–4 hrs/day, 5 days/week | Starting with 2–4 students**

We're hiring a patient and creative **Virtual Math Tutor** to deliver **one-on-one, 50-minute online sessions** to students in Grades 6–9. Curriculum will be provided.

### Responsibilities
- Teach math concepts in **multiple ways** to suit different learning styles and personalities
- Follow the provided curriculum while adapting to each student's pace
- **Track student practice and maintain ongoing records** of work completed and progress

### Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Grade 6–9 math (fractions, algebra, geometry, ratios, etc.)
- Patience and ability to connect with students aged 11–15
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and comfort with virtual tools (Zoom, digital whiteboards, etc.)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (any setting)
