We are recruiting for a Virtual Marketing and Admin Assistant that would be 25 hours, up to 100 hours per month, and $320 per month.

Position and Role:

Our Virtual Marketing and Admin Assistant will provide general administrative and marketing support to Founder and Owner of our Public Relations and Marketing Firm and other TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the areas of PR, Marketing, Promotions, Event Management, Digital Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion Projects, Social Media, and more!*
Media, and Technology. This is an excellent opportunity to get exceptional training, gain exemplary skills, be part of a Diverse Team that fosters Team Spirit (with a little fun mixed in...:). ! You will be able to grow as we grow.....:).
A candidate who has public relations, journalism, communications, marketing, business administration, Graphic Design and English Degrees or degrees and has this type of experience would be a good fit for this position. Even if you don't have a Degree in any other these areas, it is okay to apply.

Requirements:

Be willing to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) (4 - 6 hours Monday - Thursday) since we are in the United States (New York City/New Jersey)
Special Media skills, Web & Graphic Design Skills are a bonus
Know Canva, Google Applications, Godaddy (or we can train you), Calendly, Trello Project Management Tool and other Applications
Excellent Writing/Grammar Skills
Excellent English Phone Presence
Have the ability to coordinate calendar, meetings, special projects (as needed), etc.
Must be very organized, be able to multi-task, and flexible for changing priorities and a busy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The person should be enthusiastic, articulate, poised, and professional
Must feel comfortable meeting new people and/or want to learn skills
Must be detail-oriented and be able to work well with a team as well as on your own
