We are a start-up real estate brokerage based in the US that is focused on improving housing affordability for our clients. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and creative Remote Marketing Assistant to help us plan, create, and manage marketing content, coordinate with designers, and assist with administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in our marketing operations, helping to execute campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning & Strategy
Assist in developing and scheduling content calendars for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content ideas.
Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
2. Content Creation & Coordination
Draft, edit, and optimize social media posts, blog articles,
Oversee and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to ensure high-quality content production.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
3. Marketing Operations & Project Management
Set deadlines and manage project timelines for content creation and marketing campaigns.
Ensure smooth communication between different teams (designers, writers, leadership, etc.).
Track content performance and assist in optimizing future content strategies.
4. Administrative Support
Occasionally assist with executive admin tasks, such as scheduling meetings, responding to
Support other business operations when needed, including managing marketing databases, updating spreadsheets, and handling light research tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or project coordination.
Strong skills in social media, content writing, and marketing strategy.
Experience using tools like Canva, Trello/Asana, Google Suite, Notion, or other project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a remote team.
Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or financial services (preferred but not required).
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
Experience with
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Go High Level).
