We are looking for a highly organized and technically savvy Live Event Production Manager to support a rapidly growing portfolio of virtual events. This role focuses on behind-the-scenes production support for webinar-style live events across audiences including nonprofits, small businesses, developers, and the general public.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is calm under pressure, and has hands-on experience managing livestream production workflows, speaker coordination, and technical troubleshooting during live broadcasts.
What You’ll Do
- Produce live virtual events using platforms such as Restream, Zoom Webinar, StreamYard, or similar tools
- Manage technical execution of livestreams, including speaker onboarding, audio/video setup, transitions, and spotlighting
- Coordinate backend production workflows between streaming platforms and event/community systems
- Monitor live broadcasts and troubleshoot technical issues in real time
- Support webinar-style events typically ranging from 45–60 minutes in duration
- Handle production elements such as speaker camera management, slide transitions, livestream monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and backstage coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal event, education, and community teams
- Help scale operational processes as event volume grows globally

- Run full-day conference productions
- Manage marketing or attendee acquisition
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience producing live virtual events or webinars
- Strong familiarity with livestreaming tools such as Restream, Zoom Webinar, OBS, StreamYard, Riverside, or YouTube Live
- Experience troubleshooting live audio/video issues under time pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and shifting schedules
- Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive

- Experience supporting education, developer, or community-focused programs
- Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or technical audiences
- Experience supporting executive speakers or high-profile external guests
