Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. The successful candidate will manage a large applicant pipeline, conduct a high volume of interviews daily, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring goals.
The Virtual HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate a high volume of applications daily to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct a minimum of 6 candidate interviews per day while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across various departments and locations.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruiting metrics, including interview volume, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and hiring procedures.
Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes as needed.
Performance Expectations
Conduct at least 30 interviews per week (minimum 6 per day).
Consistently review and process applications throughout the workday.
Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Meet or exceed monthly hiring goals and recruitment KPIs.
Effectively manage a large candidate pipeline while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
Ability to prioritize multiple openings and manage competing deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
Experience recruiting for retail, manufacturing, hospitality, customer service, warehouse, or other high-volume industries.
Experience with virtual interviewing platforms.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
